I sent the item, a brand new MX Master 3 to the buyer. I found it a bit dodgy since the buyer asked me to leave positive feedback, even before I sent the item. They claim they'll reciprocate; they'll leave a positive feedback to me, even before receiving the item. A few days after they received the item, the buyer claimed the item is not working. I tried to help them by linking to Logitech's help document. I even sent them a gift receipt. They then proceeded to file a chargeback through PayPal. Usb bitcoin miner

Buyer brought usb bitcoin miner, then they broke it and claimed listing wasn't described. There were photos showing the item working and a photo showing the usb back. When buyer omitted to breaking item, buyer then changed his story to damaged in packaging. when i asked for photos showing damaged packaging, buyer said they did not have the packaging. I then got the item returned to me in a broken state as the usb header had broken off. where a professional looked at the item who concluded that it was not handled correctly. The buyer then trys to claim full refund by using the ebay buyer guarantee for something he broke.

I have had 17 years of 100% positive feedback and i knew this buyer was going to be a problem from the start, as could obviously not understand English for a start, bombarded me with tons of questions before buying in very Bad English, i replied to all fully explaining everything but buyer still left negative. Upon checking feedback left for others, i am not the first to be on the bad end of this idiot!

Item was fine and this was not disputed. Buyer wanted a VAT invoice (no doubt to claim the cost back through a company). As I'm not VAT registered (not big enough) my invoice did not have a VAT number. He therefore left negative feedback. His history shows a larger number of neg and neutrals left for others than seems resonable. I managed to get ebay to remove the neg.
